Week 4 Reading Reflection

What surprised me the most about the reading are the different types of innovation. I feel that for innovation it is important be very creative. Entrepreneurs have to have this qualities because from creativity is where the ideas merge. Also, a part of the reading that captured my attention was when  he talked about the right and left side of the brain. A part of the reading that was confusing was appositional relationship. I would ask the authors question like how to stimulate more the areas of the brain.

Customer Interviews No. 1

This assignment by far was one of the most challenging I have done in this class. It was difficult because I had to ask people that I don’t know and ask them their opinion. Some people I didn’t like that I had to record them because it was embarrassing. I learned about this assignment the different points of view of people.

Top 5 problems

1.War
War between countries destroys our world in many aspects. If affects physically and socially. Governments should try to be friends with other countries instead of hating each other.
2.Poverty
Poverty is incrementing over the year’s .The main problem why people are poor is because the government doesn’t care about them.
3.Climate Change
Pollution is destroying our habitat. This affects all the living things in our planet including humans. People should begin to care about our planet. The government should penalize people for contaminating.
4.Government Corruption.
This has been a big issue for many countries. People called “leaders” sometimes can become the societies worst enemies.
5.Cancer
People from all over the world have died from cancer every year. This illness has affected millions of families all over the world

TOP 5 Solutions

1. In my opinion, people that have all the control to stop being shellfish and begin doing their work properly.
2.A solution for this illness would more healthcare and researches in those places were people couldn’t afford it.
3.Governments should try to be friends with other countries instead of hating each other. People have to change the way they solve problems. Solution is not war.
4.A solution would be give jobs to people and give education to children that can’t afford it.
5.People should begin to care about our planet. The government should penalize people for contaminating. If the government begins doing punishments that would prevent people from polluting.

I picked War my number one problem because I think war between countries could lead other big problems to happen; for example, poverty, government corruption, and even climate change. For my solution, the easiest in my opinion is government corruption even though it is still something hard to change it is more possible than to end poverty.

Reading this makes me change they was I thought about the main characteristics associated with successful entrepreneurs.

2.One part of the reading that was confusing for me was part of the reading entrepreneurs type A personalities.

3.Do you think stress is good? I ask this because I feel that being having a little bit of stress makes me accomplish my goals. Do you think stressful people are the most successful? I ask this because I know some people that stress a lot are able to finish there tasks.

4.I don’t agree with all the characteristic entrepreneurs have. In the reading, the author describes that all entrepreneurs have the same characteristics and I don’t think the same way. I feel every individual is successful I their own personal way. There shouldn’t be specific characteristics.

The main problem of this article is that police is investigating the death of a UF student that occurred outside the Trusler Hall on Wednesday morning. The police found Wesley Michael Spano, 19,dead inside a vehicle. He was a computer science freshman who start his undergrad fall semester 2015.His cumulative unweight grade point average in the high school was about 3.9.There is no official report about the detailed about the incident. In my opinion, these types of incidents are very sad and traumatic for the family members. It is unfair that someone that has all the opportunities to succeed in life it all ends up in one night .UF has to find out the main problem of the incident because and try to avoid something like that to happen again.

This is the link to the article http://www.gainesville.com/article/20160120/WIRE/160129986&tc=ix

There is another plunge in the price of crude oil sent stocks lower this past Wednesday, bringing the market to its lowest level nearly in two years. Energy companies were hit as the price of rude oil sank almost 7 percent. This is threatening more damage to an industry that has already been stricken with bankruptcies. There should be more control of the oil prices .For example, the government should intervene and try to control the prices so that the energy companies would not go to bankruptcy.

Then kicked the puppy in the back multiple times before dragging it down a hallway. Gragoire told he was punishing the puppy. Then, he returned the puppy to the shelter wrapped in towels and said the puppy dies in the crate. After the autopsy the investigators discovered the dog was killed. The solution to this is that Gragoire was to go to jail for animal cruelty and probation.

5.              Car, scooter crash outside Library West

This is the link to the article http://www.alligator.org/news/crime/article_c14b408e-b8f2-11e5-8729-4bc521c96c62.html

There were two accidents one outside Library West and the other on Stadium Road this last Monday. The first accident is that a UF student drove her scooter down in University Avenue and crashed into a turning car. The, two hours later a UF student rode his bicycle down in Stadium Road and another student crossing the road. A solution for this is that scooters and bicycle shouldn’t transit where cars transit. For scooters, it is very dangerous because cars are faster and bigger.
