Week 15 Reading Reflection
What captured my attention the most from this weekly reading was scaling up customers loyalty.I like that most business are now more focused in their customer compared to decades before. This is because we are now living in a market that is very competitive and customer are constantly changing their attitudes. Therefore, companies have to make their customers loyal.Customer loyalty would be a competitive advantage for the company the idea is to make your customers love your products.
Final Reflection
In my personal opinion, this class
was more than what I expected. I thought it was going to be a normal class and
that I had to memorize a lot of stuff. However, I was wrong because this class
was more dynamic I had to learn how to communicate with other people in order
to have feedbacks for my venture. I created my own venture, which I think it is
awesome. I never had a class were I actually had to investigate and interview
people to have information for my business. Also, gained a lot of experience
because I´m a very shy person and I had to learn to go and talk to strangers
regardless of what they might think. Maybe they thought I was crazy, but it was
a very fun. I always hated problems; however, now I know that from every
problem there is an opportunity. I started to see things from a very different
perspective and it had change the way I see things now. I had forgotten many times
to turn in my assignments in canvas and it really pissed me off. Therefore, in
my ¨Bug List¨ I posted the problem and a solution. Then, I found out that I had
a big opportunity, so I decided to create a app synchronized with canvas that
would work as a reminder. I started to do the interview and I gained
information about the problem. In conclusion, it was a great experience I
seriously will recommend other students to take thins class because it is not
only fun; moreover, it gives students the skills to be an excellent entrepreneur.

Elevator Pitch No. 4
Now that the class is almost over.I feel that talking about my venture is easier because I have more feedback. In the first elevator pitch,I hand less confidence about what I was talking. In my opinion, I think that this assignment is good exercise because in the future I will probably need to do this.
Venture Concept No. 2
Opportunity:
In this class I learned that problems can become into opportunities;therefor, this ventures started.
The idea of my venture already exists ; however, It is probably not working because many students are still forgetting when to turn in their assignments. This is a problem that happen to many of college students because most of us work and are thinking in oder things. So, I want to prove something innovative to the market.I think that technology this days has become something very important and since students are all the time on their cellphones I decided to create an app that hopefully will be successful and useful. The reading states that a venture concept may be defined as the application of a specific innovation to address specific opportunity. Therefore, my venture started because I first saw a problem and I found a solution. Then, I realized that finding a solution for this problem was an opportunity to begin a business. Therefore, the problem was that many students including myself forget when there assignments are due. I decided to create an app that will be synchronized with canvas , and that will be constantly reminding students with a lot of anticipation when to turn in their assignments.
Venture concept:
My venture concept is very simple, but very useful at the same time.I really think the idea that it is an app because it is something that I can be constantly innovating the idea of the service and will not cost me lot of money.Technology has become very productive nowadays. The market right know is define demographically I will first begin with UF students; however, in a future I would like to expand to other universities. My customers are UF students and it will satisfies their need because I’m pretty sure that their grades will change drastically. This is because many students work and have other actives. So, it is very hard for them to keep up with everything. So, UF Smart Planner will do the planning for them. This is a big opportunity because I feel that many of them will use it and more in UF since it is a very competitive among students. Many students care a lot about their classes ,and they will not miss this opportunity. At this point, I don’t really know how long the window of opportunity will be opened I have to first se how the business begins in order to answer the question. Once I have my business, I have to start thinking how can I innovate.I know it will take time and money but it is necessary.
Innovation:
Innovation is important because there are always competitors in the market and innovation can be a competitive advantage. I will also try to be better than my competitor by analyzing their service and seeking out what is working and what is not working. The actual concept of this venture is to help students because I’m one ,and I feel they would do much better with this new app. The idea is to begin with this venture and then innovate, or start another one with the same purpose. At this point, I don’t have the idea of what would be the other venture; however, the idea will also be to help students satisfy their needs.
Week 14 Reading Reflection
What captured my attention most about this weekly reading was the social entrepreneurship process. The recognition of a perceived social opportunity, translation of the social opportunity into a enterprise concept, and the identification and acquisition of resources required to execute the enterprise's goals. When we talk about social it is a concept that is very broad. However, social entrepreneur are individuals who funds or leads an organization engaged in something more than just gain benefit.I think that being successful does not mean having toons of many ;therefore, entrepreneurs should also help the society.

Very Short Interview, Part 2
Over a mounth ago, I interviewed Ricardo Abuawad who started his own
business with help from nobody. He is the creator of the most consumed cookies
in Bolivia called “Mabels”, and then after more then 10 years of experience in
the factory he decided to sell his factory to Nestlé. I interviewed him and
asked three questions. The question where “What do you wish you had been taught
in school before setting out on your own path as an entrepreneur? “ “What
do you think I should learn in an entrepreneurship course?” and What does it
mean to be an entrepreneur? At this point the questions are very simple for me because
I have learn too much in this class.
I talked again with
Ricardo and asked him 3 other questions
1.What motivated you to become successful over the years ?
What motivated me
to become successful personally is my family. I began this business to provide
a better future for my children.
2.What do you
think about success can it be just good luck or do you think it is all hard
work ?
In my case, it was not luck I really worked hard for what I have
today.Maybe some people can call it luck ; however, I don’t think it is that
way and I’m pretty sure that a lot of sucesful people will tell you the same
thing.
3.Over the years,
the market has grown a lot and there are a lot of competitors.Nowadays, what
kind of business do you think can bring a
lot of opportunities?
Personally, I think that nowadays technology has become
something very important and people are more dependent on it.Also, social media
is expanding tremendously. New entrepenurs made their business based 100% con
technology and social media.
Over time, I have gained more confidence when talking about
entrapenurship. This class gave me tools to understand more about how the
market works and that the failures can become in opportunities
